Job Details JOB PURPOSE The role of Fleet Sales Support is to: Provide support to the Fleet & Business team within the JLR Division to deliver a high standard of customer service. Ensuring the Corporate Direct & the Fleet Team customers receive their vehicles delivered to a high standard & any issues are dealt with swiftly. Department/Business/Location: Sales / JLR / Crawley Reports to : Fleet Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES è Ensure all vehicles are prepared for delivery on time and to the highest standard. è Responsible for making sure all accessories are ordered and fitted to the vehicles in time for delivery. è Booking deliveries / handovers with the client & arrange a driver if required. è Manage direct sales channel and activity. è Provide exceptional client experiences throughout the delivery process and deliver exceptional customer service results. è Work with aftersales department to ensure the vehicles are progressed through the workshop effectively. è Carry out specification checks with Corporate Direct clients and keep updated on delivery. è Arrange Corporate Direct demo requests è Order leasing Companies driver packs for deliveries è Support the LBDM’s and Fleet operation as and when required. è Advise corporate direct clients on vehicle specification and accessories. è Contact the clients before & after delivery to offer the highest level of customer service. è Assist with any vehicle issues after delivery to ensure problems are dealt with swiftly. è Ensure all Corporate Direct KPI’s are met Skills & Requirements Essential è Full UK driving licence. è Smart appearance. è Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT. Desirable è Relevant product knowledge.
