We are looking for an experienced Regional Financial Controller to lead financial operations across the region, supporting both day‑to‑day performance and strategic decision‑making.
You will act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insight, driving performance, and ensuring strong governance across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead monthly close, reporting, and financial analysis
* Drive budgeting and forecasting processes
* Partner with commercial and operational teams to improve performance
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, IFRS/GAAP, and regulatory requirements
* Manage audits and act as key point of contact for external stakeholders
* Oversee regional reporting and ensure consistency across entities
* Support cashflow, working capital, and cost optimisation initiatives
* Lead and support finance teams across multiple locations
Qualifications
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong experience in financial control and multi‑entity environments
* Background in international / cross‑border settings
* Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
* ERP experience (Dynamics preferred) + advanced Excel
