A well-established estate agency in the Medway area is looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Valuation Manager.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in estate agency sales to play a pivotal role in driving new business and building lasting client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Generate and convert new business opportunities
* Build rapport with potential clients and vendors
* Deliver a first-class client experience
* Support and mentor team members to achieve targets
* Maintain an expert understanding of the local market
* Represent the agency professionally and positively at all times
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Estate agency experience in a valuation or management role
* Strong track record in instruction-winning
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills
* Team leadership or mentoring experience
* High level of customer service and communication skills
* Positive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude
* Well presented with a professional approach
* Knowledge of the Medway area (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
