Hours are 2.15 PM until 12.15 AM - Monday to Thursday. Working out of our state-of-the-art 240,000 ft² facility in Carmarthenshire, South Wales, we fabricate more than 1,750 sash windows a week and supply over 3,000 trade customers. The Role: The purpose of this role is to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve production and quality targets while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
