Job Title: IT Business Analyst - Infrastructure & Microsoft Tech Stack

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving technology and infrastructure projects forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in both business analysis and technical systems, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business analysis activities across large-scale infrastructure and systems integration projects
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business and technical requirements
* Bridge the gap between technical teams and business users to ensure solutions meet business needs
* Work closely with infrastructure architects, engineers, and delivery teams to guide project execution
* Facilitate workshops, write high-quality documentation, and support change management initiatives
Key Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on systems and infrastructure
* Extensive experience with the Microsoft tech stack, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and related platforms
* Proven ability to work on complex, enterprise-level infrastructure projects
* Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, cloud services, and enterprise architecture
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
* Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
