What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Service & Administration
* Respond to online queries via social media, email, and other digital platforms.
* Talk to customers face-to-face & via phone.
* Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
* Gain exposure to various business functions to develop a well-rounded understanding of logistics.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
* Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
* Monitor social media trends and industry updates to maximize engagement.
* Respond to customer inquiries and interact with our online community.
* Contribute to SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
* Support email marketing campaigns and list management.
Content Creation & Design
* Assist in producing photography, videography, and graphics to showcase our services.
* Contribute to blog writing, article development, and multimedia content related to logistics.
* Utilize design software (such as Adobe Suite) to create promotional materials (if applicable).
Data & Analytics
* Support in tracking and analyzing digital performance using tools like Google Analytics.
* Gather insights to improve engagement and optimize marketing strategies.

Apprenticeship Details
This is an apprenticeship position, paid at the apprenticeship wage of £7.55/hour for the first 12 months. The apprenticeship will take approximately 18 months to complete. Throughout, learners receive coaching, help, and guidance from a dedicated team to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
