The Receptionist/Showroom host is the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, providing a warm welcome as they enter the store. Based at the reception, your responsibilities include:
1. Greeting all visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries, and directing them to the relevant department or team member.
2. Handling inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and transferring calls to the appropriate individual or team.
3. Providing refreshments for visitors and maintaining the tidiness and stock levels of the seating and refreshment area.
4. Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
5. Supporting administrative tasks as required.
Ideal candidates will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a professional, customer-facing environment, although this is not essential. You should be confident in communicating professionally both on the phone and face-to-face, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Good IT skills and a proactive, organized approach are also important, along with pride in your work.
