\nThe Role: You’ll manage a broad and varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, working directly with experienced partners and clients ranging from SMEs to large corporations.

\nYour work will involve:

\n\n
\n\n
\n\t- Handling a range of disputes, including contractual, shareholder, partnership, and professional negligence matters \n\t
\n\t
- Advising clients strategically through complex, high-value litigation \n\t
\n\t
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence \n\t
\n\t
- Conducting negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions \n\t
\n\t
- Supporting business development and client relationship management \n\t
\n\n\n
\nAbout You
\n\n
\n\n
\n\n
\n\t- Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE with experience in commercial litigation \n\t
\n\t
- Strong technical knowledge and confident advocacy skills \n\t
\n\t
- Commercially minded with a proactive, client-focused approach \n\t
\n\t
- Keen to contribute to business development and long-term firm growth \n\t
\n\t
- Ambitious and motivated to progress to senior levels \n\t
