\nThe Role: You’ll manage a broad and varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, working directly with experienced partners and clients ranging from SMEs to large corporations.\n\nYour work will involve:

* Handling a range of disputes, including contractual, shareholder, partnership, and professional negligence matters\n\t
\n\t
* Advising clients strategically through complex, high-value litigation\n\t
\n\t
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence\n\t
\n\t
* Conducting negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions\n\t
\n\t
* Supporting business development and client relationship management\n\t
\n\n\n

* Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE with experience in commercial litigation\n\t
\n\t
* Strong technical knowledge and confident advocacy skills\n\t
\n\t

* Keen to contribute to business development and long-term firm growth\n\t
\n\t
