Fusion Assets is looking for a Project Manager to help deliver the company’s growing portfolio of property development and regeneration projects. About the role This new post offers a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with construction experience who is interested in taking forward their career delivering commercial property development and infrastructure projects within the context of a small dynamic team. Working with the Development Director you will be responsible for the delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion. This will involve procuring and managing technical and design teams; tendering of construction works; including preparing employer’s requirements/specifications; budget monitoring and all other aspects of contract management relating to building and infrastructure works. Who we’re looking for You will have sound knowledge of Project Management, Construction, Building Standards and related legislation together with experience and an understanding of the design and construction industry. Along with excellent IT skills, you must have the ability to co-ordinate different work streams, identify and solve construction-related issues and present technical solutions. We’re looking to recruit a confident, and motivated individual to manage and deliver procurement, construction and programming activities across multiple regeneration projects while working as a key member of a small and vibrant team. You will also have the opportunity to become involved in the wider property development cycle from a client-side perspective. With a degree in Project Management / Architecture / Quantity Surveying / Building Surveying / Engineering or relevant subject, you will have substantial technical knowledge and relevant work experience in a construction related field.
