Our Client:
An independent partnership specialising in boardroom advisory, executive search and consulting services. This well-established search practice is searching for an Executive Search Researcher.
About the Role:
This role will give you exposure to some of the most recognisable businesses in the world. You will speak and advise some of the brightest and most interesting professionals on a daily basis. Your core responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Finding and assessing candidate profiles for their relevance and suitability
* Screening candidates over the phone
* Attending candidate interviews with a consultant
* Building relationships with candidates in order to maintain maps, get referrals, compensation data and/or any other relevant candidate market data
* Using & maintain the CRM
* Developing search execution skills; learn to build long-lists, gain exposure to clearing & persuasion, shortlists, prep, feedback, scheduling and offer management
Skills/Experience Required:
* An appetite for learning about the Search industry and an interest in financial markets and the corporate world
* Degree educated (or equivalent)
* Competence and curiosity using and discovering artificial intelligence tools
* Willingness to conduct in-depth research and a keen eye for detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working autonomously, and as part of a small team
* Not afraid to ask questions and seek guidance where necessary
* Naturally curious and determined
