A highly regarded 11–18 academy in Nottingham is seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment Officer to join its central operations team from January 2026.
The Role
You will oversee day-to-day HR operations and lead the school’s recruitment cycle. Responsibilities include:
* Managing recruitment campaigns from advert to appointment
* Handling onboarding, DBS checks, references & safeguarding vetting
* Maintaining staff records on the school’s MIS and Single Central Record
* Advising staff on HR policies and employment processes
* Coordinating performance management documentation
* Supporting payroll accuracy and HR reporting
