This role is essential in managing all incoming calls, emails, and automated work requests, ensuring they are logged onto the internal system. The successful candidate will handle queries and escalations to ensure positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Confidently manage incoming calls, emails, and automated work requests. • Log all communications onto the internal system accurately. • Direct calls and queries to the appropriate people or departments. • Manage escalations, following the appropriate processes to resolve issues. • Provide additional administrative support as required. • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions. • Assist in the continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction. Working Hours: • Office-based position with a shift rotation schedule. • Working 1 weekend in every 4.
