Job Title: Service Planner Role Summary Salary: £3237k Hours: Monday Friday, 9-5pm Location: Chiswick (Hybrid) Core responsibilities of the Service Planner: Maintenance planning across all contracts Project support (CAPEX exposure acceptable) CMMS system management Work orders and spares administration Supporting engineers across multiple contracts/projects Some client and engineer interaction Submitting permits for work completion Light document control (organisation-focused, not heavy DC experience) Background / Experience Required from the Service Planner: Experience in engineering environments Maintenance planning or CMMS experience essential FMCG or large production/manufacturing environment preferred Regulated industry experience beneficial (audits, compliance) Understanding of PLC/SCADA (basic level acceptable) Strong organisation, IT skills, communication and written ability Good level of qualifications demonstrating communication capability Industry Preference: Rail ideal but flexible general engineering background acceptable Terms & Benefits of this Service Planner role: Location: Primarily office-based in Chiswick, with potential hybrid working options.
