We are looking to recruit an Administrator to work in our Jersey office. This role involves various duties, including responding to customer queries promptly and supporting our sales and service teams through accurate data entry and systems management.
The position requires regular interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
* Run system reports to display all new orders and back order reports.
* Place stock orders with manufacturers via online systems, ensuring accuracy in items and pricing.
* Manage suppliers regarding stock delivery dates, updating systems with back order information as needed.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Resolve invoice queries from manufacturers and distributors.
* Address questions about stock availability and order status.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and relationships.
* Perform other tasks as directed by the line manager.
* Own and maintain data accuracy in the Apogee Remote Management Application.
* Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or Zoom.
* Monitor and update customer service portals.
* Log support and consumable requests.
* Coordinate with customer contacts.
* Generate and analyze service reports in Excel.
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through various interactions.
