As the business enters a key phase of growth, they are seeking a Commercial FP&A Manager to join their London-based team on an initial 6-month contract. Your new role As Commercial FP&A Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the studio’s financial strategy and commercial insight. You’ll be responsible for: Developing a multi-year strategic business model grounded in key drivers and growth initiatives. Building scenario plans to stress test the business and guide decision-making. Creating monthly performance dashboards focused on financial and commercial KPIs. Designing processes to track the value of the production slate. Analysing secondary sales of owned IP and building predictive forecasting models. Supporting investment appraisals, M&A diligence, and greenlight decisions. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate planning (within media or entertainment). Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel capability. A commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight. Experience in production finance and understanding of IP revenue models. A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
