What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
* Registering and qualifying buyers looking for higher‑value homes
* Arranging and conducting property viewings of premium properties
* Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
* Negotiating offers between parties to achieve successful outcomes
* Supporting the sales process from offer through to completion
* Keeping buyers and vendors fully informed throughout transactions
* Providing a high level of personalised customer service
* Generating leads for property valuations and related services
* Representing the agency professionally when dealing with clients
