Duties/main responsibilties include:
* Role Overview:
o Apprenticeship opportunity in Residential Conveyancing at AMT Lawyers’ Blackburn Head Office.
o Integral part of Conveyancing department.
o Requires excellent communication, organisation, multitasking, commitment, punctuality, and attendance.
* Key Tasks:
* Understanding of Residential Conveyancing and legal processes.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Drafting skills for emails, letters, etc.
* Ability to work under pressure and follow Solicitor/supervisor instructions.
* Managing customer/client relations.
* Progression:
o Opportunity for advancement within the Property Department based on demonstrated abilities.
* Problem Solving/Creativity/Standards:
o Resolve complex issues, maintain standards, and prioritise work effectively.
o Update manuals/procedures and provide training.
o Work collaboratively to meet department priorities and Lexcel standards.
* Responsibility and Accountability:
o Handle queries, prioritise work, and support colleagues.
* Communication:
o Interpret and convey processes and procedures effectively.
o Tailor communication for different audiences.
* Decision Making:
o Make informed decisions, articulate reasoning, and support others’ decision making.
