Reference: TE62931 As our Nursery Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth daily running of the setting, supporting both staff and children. This is a supernumerary role, meaning you will not be room-based, allowing you to focus on leadership, quality improvement, compliance, and staff development. The successful Nursery Deputy Manager will have excellent leadership and organisational skills, strong knowledge of the EYFS, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
