Base pay and benefits
Base pay range: £15.00 - £15.50 per hour, plus Pension and Holiday Pay (rolled up pay rate of £17.31 - £17.89 per hour).
Requirements: UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Role and responsibilities
The Complex Care Assistant role involves clinical tasks, such as PEG, ABI, spinal support and tracheostomy and nebs, depending on the person you are supporting. You will receive comprehensive training and competency sign-off from our in-house team of Registered Nurses to ensure you are confident in your role. This role also includes personal care including continence support, washing, dressing, as well as support with medication, meal preparation and helping with household tasks. You will promote people's independence and bring a real sense of joy to those you support.
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will already have a minimum of 6 months care experience within a UK care setting. Desirable but not essential: experience with complex POC specifics (e.g., tracheostomy care) – full training will be provided.
Due to the nature of the role, including personal care, unsupervised work with vulnerable individuals, and the need to work flexible hours including late evenings and night shifts, applicants must be aged 18 or over. This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
