Registered Nurse - RGN, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist - Hybrid role (Clinic/Homebased) in Romford.

Our client is seeking Nurses, OTs, and Physiotherapists to join their organization in Romford.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You will assess up to six customers per day, conducting clinical observations and questioning, then creating a written report for the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), which will use your report as part of their support decision for the customer. The assessment focuses on Work Capability.
Training
Participants will receive industry-leading training from experienced clinical tutors. The approximately 6-month course will equip you with the skills to support customers and transfer your current medical knowledge to this role. During training, you will be paid, and your registration with the NMC or HCPC will be maintained with revalidation support.
Development Opportunities
Post-training, ongoing CPD with over 100 hours per year is provided, along with support for revalidation and career development within the organization. You will be assigned a clinical supervisor and have the opportunity to study for the Diploma in Disability Assessment Medicine, accredited by the FOM.
Your Requirements
Applicants should be nurses, OTs, or physiotherapists primarily working in inpatient roles, handling diverse clinical conditions, with at least 1 year of experience. IT skills, including typing at 30 words per minute, are advantageous. The role requires clinicians who are highly literate, detail-oriented, and possess adaptable communication skills.
