You’ll help shape the future of gene therapy by driving innovation in downstream and drug product unit operations—from early-stage development through to GMP tech transfer.
About the Role
You will:
* Lead or support the development of downstream processes (chromatography, filtration, TFF, formulation, fill/finish) for novel AAV products.
* Transfer processes from lab-scale to GMP facilities.
* Execute and document development studies and protocols.
* Contribute to clinical and commercial manufacturing campaigns.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to the knowledge base within MSAT.
