Position Details:
* Senior Support Worker - Rosendale, located in Lydstep
* Hourly rate: £12.80 to £13.70
* Full Time
Sign up before 2nd May 2025 and earn £500 when you start a permanent role with us. We will pay you £250 after completing shadow shifts and another £250 after 3 months (paid in the next payroll).
This offer is not open to bank staff or former employees returning within 6 months of leaving and is available for roles offered on or after 3 March 2025.

The Role: We seek a compassionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker to lead and support our team. You will enhance the lives of individuals with autism through leadership and expertise. We also offer a Trainee Senior Support Worker role with career progression opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a team of support workers, fostering a positive environment.
* Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents with autism and complex needs.
* Create and implement personalized care plans.
* Encourage independence and life skills development.
* Promote a safe, stimulating environment ensuring emotional and physical well-being.
* Communicate effectively with family, guardians, and professionals.
* Support management with administrative tasks and staff training.
Requirements:
* Experience in a support worker role within care or education.
* NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
* Passion for working with individuals with complex needs.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
* Driving license is essential.
Note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
