Job Description:
A Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor is required to join a major organisation based in the South East on a permanent basis. The role involves working within an established in-house legal team on projects of national significance.
The successful candidate will benefit from flexible working and will be required to attend the office in the South East at least once a week.
This role is ideal for someone with experience managing and negotiating PFI contracts, including performance monitoring, risk assessment, and stakeholder liaison across public and private sectors.
Key responsibilities include managing PFI contract lifecycle, advising on engineering and construction matters, drafting and negotiating complex contracts, and providing guidance on procurement regulations.
Experience in construction law or public procurement is beneficial but not essential.
Benefits include company & performance bonuses, a generous pension scheme (up to 11%), life assurance (4x salary), and 25 days annual leave.
This is an excellent opportunity for solicitors transitioning from the public sector, practice, or seeking in-house roles, working on some of the UK's largest projects of national importance.
