As an ERP Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning jobs through production, liaising with multiple departments, and ensuring customer requirements are met on time and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities as an ERP Coordinator: * Plan and schedule all jobs through the manufacturing facility, utilising plant and resources efficiently. * Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Stores to meet customer delivery deadlines. * Support quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Quality department. * Monitor capacity and proactively plan stocked product across the business. * Maintain accurate ERP and MRP system data to support planning and reporting. * Act as the central point of communication between departments for production planning. Your current experience which will help you as an ERP Coordinator: * Proven experience in cost engineering and estimating for machined components. * Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar engineering manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of ERP and MRP planning tools in make-to-order settings. * Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills. * Clear communicator with strong interpersonal abilities. * Proficient PC skills with good time management capabilities. * A collaborative team player with the ability to work across functions.
