ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL QUALITY & STUDENT EXPERIENCE
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £71,635 - £78,939 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Outstanding financial health rating, we are now seeking an exceptional strategic leader to
join our Strategic Leadership Team.
As Assistant Principal Quality & Student Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping
the next phase of LCB’s success. Reporting directly to the Vice Principal Curriculum,
Quality and Innovation, you will provide visionary leadership to ensure consistently high-
quality teaching, learning, and assessment across the College.
In this key leadership role, you will have strategic oversight of Quality Improvement,
Student Experience, Behaviour & Engagement, and Inclusive Learning Support, ensuring
excellence across all areas of teaching and learning. As the College’s Designated
Safeguarding Lead (DSL), you will maintain the highest standards of safeguarding. Working
closely with the Strategic Leadership Team, you will strengthen the Quality Assurance
Framework to drive continuous improvement and meet national standards. You will lead
staff development and CPD within the College and across CTEC hub partners, enhancing
our reputation for technical excellence. With a strong focus on students, you will promote
learner voice and engagement while collaborating with employers and partners to secure
effective, funded support for apprentices and learners.
