Rehabilitate Therapy Ltd are an independent occupational therapy business, providing assessment and ongoing rehabilitation programmes across the UK. We are client-centred, goal focused and seek occupational therapists who share and feel comfortable with our approach. Role and Responsibilities
* Provide occupational therapy assessments and ongoing rehabilitation programmes as part of MDTs, covering a range of conditions including neuro, orthopaedic and polytrauma, with teams such as Housing and Adapts, Pain, Hand/Plastics.
* Work autonomously and be supported in various ways; the number of clients depends on your circumstances and availability.
* Operate on an associate (self-employed) model with flexible engagements, and opportunities to work alongside both busy OTs and those who are part-time NHS/Statutory busy.
* Participate in an informal recruitment process and have conversations with existing OTs to gain a clearer perspective on working for Rehabilitate.
* Contribute to a supportive framework for OTs exploring independent practice, with guidance and systems designed to ease the transition.
Qualifications and Experience
* At least 5 years of experience as an occupational therapist.
