Full-Time | Immediate Start | Up to £550 per week

The Role – Learning Support Assistant (SEN)
As a Learning Support Assistant (SEN), you will play a key role in helping pupils access education and develop essential life skills. You will support learning in a range of ways including 1:1 support, small group interventions, and classroom assistance.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting pupils academically and emotionally
2. Helping implement individual support plans and strategies
3. Encouraging engagement and participation in lessons
4. Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
5. Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
