Purpose of the Role:
You will be a true Brand Ambassador who interacts easily with a broad range of customers. You promote customer service excellence, manage the customer’s journey and in-store experience, and help customers return time and again. You will be hardworking, dedicated, and able to swiftly identify customer needs to provide engaging styling options. Your commitment to exceeding customer expectations will support store KPIs and overall performance through personal productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience, following Moss Essential Steps of Service, greeting and listening to customers, and offering bespoke advice while selling in a professional and passionate way.
* Strive for high productivity, maximise sales and service goals, elevate every interaction, and contribute to business KPIs.
* Maintain strong product knowledge for all services: Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store, and proactively apply this to tailor the customer experience.
* Be aware of external opportunities to improve store performance and enhance the customer experience using feedback from Feefo and Mystery Shops.
* Assist store management with stockroom and back-office housekeeping, including receiving deliveries, stock handling, and adhering to stock & cash control procedures to minimise losses.
* Follow the appointment process using the appointed platform, ensuring customers are contacted prior to visits and status information is recorded accurately.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Technical
* Basic product knowledge: understanding features, benefits, and products available in the store.
* POS systems: familiarity with cash tills, card processing, and inventory management systems.
