Overview
What you’ll be doing:
* Serving and supporting customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks and petrol stations; answering questions and proactively offering help
* Picking and selecting high-quality products for customers using On-demand grocery ordering and assisting with Click & Collect parcels
* Building strong knowledge of products, services and promotions to provide recommendations
* Handling complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising
* Working flexibly across the store as needed

Responsibilities
Working in our stores is fast-paced and customer-focused. Stores are the heart of the local community, providing outstanding value, quality and service. As a Services Assistant, you’ll be the ingredient that delivers the best shopping experience for our customers.

* You must be above the school-leaver age in your country
* If shifts include hours before 6am or after 11pm, you will need to be at least 18 years old
