The Role Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday Start Date: Immediatley Contract: Temporary (week-to-week) with the possibility of a longer-term role This opportunity is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their skills within a creative, child-centred Early Years setting. Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework * Support children’s early language, social, emotional, and physical development * Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment * Observe and assess children’s progress, recording key milestones * Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents * Promote inclusive practice and ensure all children feel valued and supported What We’re Looking For * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS * Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS Curriculum * Excellent communication and early childhood pedagogy skills * A caring, creative, and adaptable approach * Commitment to safeguarding and high-quality early years practice Why Join Milk Education?
