What you'll do Own a rolling 7-day schedule, making sure every area has the right engineer with the right skills at the right time so appointments can be booked quickly and confidently.? Allocate and reallocate jobs to cut travel time, reduce downtime and keep workloads balanced across both employed and contractor engineers as demand changes.? Monitor service levels and engineer utilisation, spotting issues early and adjusting plans to keep things on track.?
