CRM and Social Media Manager
Position: CRM and Social Media Manager - Required for a luxury tour operator based in central London. Home-based or hybrid working arrangements are acceptable. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel sector, ideally for a similar company, is essential. Salary range: 45-55k plus attractive bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities
* Manage the company's email marketing program and social media activity.
* Report directly to the Head of Marketing; this is a standalone position.
* Define and develop the organic social media content strategy.
* Monitor and report on KPIs.
Skills and Experience
* Proven CRM and social media management experience in the travel industry, preferably luxury travel.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
