Overview
Centre Manager responsible for overall management and leadership of the centre and team, accountable for performance across people, service operations, profit, sales and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
* Being proactive in achieving and/or exceeding sales targets and operating budgets
* Driving the quality and consistency of customer service
* Ensuring transaction and customer satisfaction targets are achieved
* Efficiently managing any customer complaints
* Effectively managing the team and resources to build a strong reputation for the brand within the local area
* Managing all stock and ordering requirements
* Being involved with the development of the Centre, including PR and marketing to raise business profile
* Hands‑on time in service bays, training, motivating and assisting the team to maintain seamless and timely operations
* Possibly carrying out MOT testing, fast‑fit repairs or servicing as required
Required Criteria
* Full Driving Licence
* Three Years Management Experience
* Minimum of 2 years experience within the automotive industry (preferred)
Desired Criteria
* Automotive service experience: 2 years (preferred)

Contract Type: Full‑time
Salary: Up to £39,000 per year
