Slade Green Medical Centre is a GP surgery with two sites, one in Colyers Lane, Erith and one in Slade Green. We are a friendly team looking for a friendly and reliable receptionist/administrator.
The receptionist/admin role is one of the most important functions in the day to day running of the surgery. You are the first impression and set the tone for the experience a patient will have with us. Essentially your role is to help navigate a patient through their journey with kindness and care. The role involves liaising with patients over the phone, in person, helping patients with prescriptions and general enquiries in addition to providing admin support to the wider team.
It is a multi skilled, varied role and no two days are ever the same.

Previous healthcare experience and knowledge of Emis Web is desirable.
Part-time hours: 25-30 hours per week

Pay: £12.21 per hour
