Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Your Move into Tech Sales

Location: South Wales (Swansea/Hybrid – ~3 days in office)

Salary: £30k–£35k Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45k+)

We are recruiting for a successful, fast-growing technology company. Unlike risky start-ups, this is an established business growing 25% YoY. They are secure, profitable, and hiring for the long term.

We Need "Proactive Hunters" We are growing the outbound sales engine. We don't need you to be a tech wizard (yet). We need you to be a tenacious communicator who thrives on starting conversations.

We are explicitly looking for people who have the confidence to pick up the phone and build relationships with senior decision-makers.

Who We Are Looking For:

* The Experienced Pro: You have 2+ years of sales experience and are looking for a clear pathway to a closing role (Account Executive) within a stable company.
* The SaaS "Next Stepper": You have 6–12 months of SDR experience. You know your way around a CRM, but you want to work with a better product and learn from senior mentors.
* The "Recruitment/Telesales" Pivot: You are currently a Recruitment Consultant, Estate Agent, or work in High-Volume Sales. You are used to a fast-paced environment and working to targets. You have grit, you handle rejection well, and you are ready to pivot into a professional SaaS career with a higher ceiling.

The Role: Multi-Channel Outreach This is a strategic hunting role using modern sales techniques.

* Multi-Touch Campaigns: You will use Phone, Email, LinkedIn, and Video to engage prospects. You aren't just dialing numbers; you are orchestrating outreach.
* Structured Qualification: You won't just book meetings; you will qualify them. We use professional frameworks like BANT and MEDDIC to ensure we are focusing on the right opportunities.
* Commercial Literacy: You will research prospects to understand their business challenges before you reach out.
