Business Development Manager – Uncrewed Vehicles (Europe)
Syos is a fast-growing robotics and aerospace company, driving the development of cutting-edge uncrewed vehicles (drones) across air, land, and sea for dual-use applications. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth. This is a pivotal role within our expanding team, focused on securing both direct sales and long-term contracts for our cutting-edge range of unmanned systems. You will play a key role in shaping our sales strategy and work closely with the Commercial Director to capitalise on significant market opportunities, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for a full spectrum of activities aimed at achieving ambitious sales targets including:
Develop and execute strategies to penetrate the relevant markets, identifying key opportunities and building strong relationships.
Track relevant tenders within your region that align with our product range and contribute to the development of winning bids in collaboration with the Commercial Director.
Accurately track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and provide realistic sales forecasts.
Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and achieving targets.
Must be able to travel within the UK/EU region.
