Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
3. Collect and review client due diligence (CDD) documentation, ensuring compliance with AML requirements.
4. Conduct conflict checks and analyse results to identify and manage potential client/ matter risks.
5. Handle onboarding and compliance-related queries.
6. Implement information barriers where necessary to ensure regulatory compliance.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate would have:
7. 2+ years' experience in a similar role within a law firm, with expertise in AML and conflicts.
8. Excellent communication with the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
9. Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
10. Strong understanding of the SRA Standards and Regulations.
