The Role
As a Customer Services Technician, youll be the face of the company, carrying out repairs and remedial works in occupied new-build homes. Youll be responsible for:
* Diagnosing and completing a variety of aftercare repairs (primarily joinery)
* Delivering high-quality workmanship with minimal disruption to residents
* Communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners
* Representing the company with empathy, professionalism, and pride
