* Proven dexterity - assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
* If no direct experience, show skills through hobbies like model-making, sewing, or jewellery-making.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards.
* Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.
