💰 Offer | £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience
We are currently recruiting for a reputable law firm based in Hertfordshire who are recruiting for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team.
They’re looking for someone who has at least 6 months of experience working within conveyancing in either residential or commercial who is looking to progress and grow with the company.
Typical duties would include:
* Working on residential conveyancing transactions from instructions to post-completion.
* Managing leasehold matters including extensions and right to manage claims
* Preparing legal documents, drafting correspondence and assisting within communications.
* Conducting legal research
The successful candidate:
* At least 6 months experience working within residential or commercial conveyancing.
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Accurate with a high level of attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
