Join our Outstanding ALS team and help create an inclusive, accessible learning environment for students with a wide range of additional needs. As an Inclusion Assistant, you’ll support learners both in and out of the classroom, helping them build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to succeed.
What you’ll do
•Provide tailored support based on EHCPs, support plans and individual targets
•Assist teaching staff and use assistive technology to enhance learning
•Support students with communication, study skills, and pastoral needs
•Deliver 1:1 and small group support to help learners overcome barriers
•Maintain accurate records and contribute to EHCP reviews
•Assist with personal care, mobility, medication and individual arrangements
•Support students with work experience placements and employer engagement
•Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, EDI, and health & safety standards

Someone patient, adaptable, and committed to helping young people with diverse needs achieve their goals. Experience in SEND or education is helpful but not essential — what matters most is your passion for inclusion.
