Technician - Community Equipment Support
Location: Reading (based at local service centre with travel across Berkshire and Surrounding Areas)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Driving Licence: Full UK licence required

What You'll Do
* Deliver and collect equipment to service users in a professional, caring manner
* Install, repair, and replace items using the right tools and safety procedures
* Carry out routine checks, servicing, and battery replacements
* Respond to emergency call-outs as part of an on-call rota
* Keep your company van clean and road-ready
* Use handheld devices to track equipment and report issues

What We're Looking For
* Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
* Good DIY or technical skills - confident with tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable driving a van and navigating routes
* Flexible, reliable, and motivated
Experience in field service or maintenance is a bonus, but not essential - full training provided!
