Summary

We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team at GGRS. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and supporting our commitment to renewable energy initiatives.

Responsibilities

* Manage phone communications with clients and suppliers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
* Assist with clerical duties, including filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
* Support administrative functions by organizing office supplies and maintaining an orderly workspace.
* able to use a CRM
* Ability to use spreadsheets word excel ect.
* Collaborate with team members using Google Suite tools for project management and communication.

Requirements

* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
