We are looking for an inspiring, resilient, and adventurous Educator to join our unique Woodlands and Small Provisions campus just outside Burnley for a September 2026 start. This is a dedicated 1:1 role working with secondary-aged pupils who are currently disengaged from mainstream education, often facing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges or complex learning needs. Rather than managing a chaotic classroom of thirty, you will focus your energy entirely on personalised 1:1 instruction, rebuilding a single student's confidence, academic progress, and self-esteem.
