What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the Plant Manager in day-to-day site operations
* Leading and mentoring operational staff
* Driving site safety and compliance with EHS policies
* Monitoring performance using SCADA systems
* Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
What we want from you:
* Supervisory experience in biogas or similar industries
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Relevant technical or H&S qualifications (preferred)
