Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00

What you can add:
· Liaising with Trust colleagues, HM Coroner, Undertakers and other external agencies to provide a caring, compassionate mortuary service.
· Work closely with Salford Royal Hospital, Salford City Council and HM Coroner Manchester West to provide storage services.
· Provide autopsy and specialist neuropathology autopsy services.
· Provide a caring and empathetic environment for bereaved relatives, to provide bereavement support to families of the deceased, with collaboration from trust bereavement team
What you'll need:
· RSPH Level 3 Diploma in Healthcare Science (APT)
· Post-Mortem/Hospital experience or equivalent
· Previous experience of working with the bereaved
· Attaining a trainee APT post in an NHS or Public Mortuary
.Relevant experience of a wide range of Mortuary and Post-mortem procedures with further knowledge acquired through training and practical experience
