1. Location: Belfast
2. Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 Hours

The Electrical Supervisor will:
4. Lead and coordinate a team of Electrical Engineers to ensure efficient service delivery.
5. Support operational demands by completing outstanding jobs during peak periods.
6. Represent the team in client briefings, progress reviews, and project meetings.
7. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management as required.
8. Partner with the design team to contribute to the development of technical solutions.
9. Plan, assign, and oversee works carried out by both direct labour and subcontractors.
10. Uphold health and safety standards on site, including conducting staff and subcontractor inductions.
11. Maintain accurate records of site activities, events, and conditions.
12. Communicate regularly with end users to provide updates and address requirements.
13. Ensure all works meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
14. Supervise on-site operations, managing both internal staff and external contractors.
15. Monitor project timelines and ensure works are delivered according to schedule.
16. Conduct pre-completion inspections and resolve any outstanding issues.
17. Compile material requirements and coordinate orders with the procurement team.
18. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
19. Finalise and submit Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals upon project completion.
20. Oversee training programmes and apprenticeship mentoring.

About You
Essential Criteria
21. Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) / Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or equivalent.
22. Formal Qualification NVQ Level 3 electrician or equivalent.
23. City and Guilds / Level 3 qualification.
24. Normal eyesight colour vision.
25. Highly experienced in Electrical installation works for commercial and industrial installations.
26. Current 18th IET Wiring Regulations.
27. Demonstrate previous relevant supervisory experience (minimum 2 years).
28. Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
29. Full UK drivers’ licence.
30. Proven Leadership and people management skills.
Desirable Criteria
31. High Voltage awareness training.
32. Manual Handling training.
33. COSHH training.
34. Confined space training.
35. IPAF card holder.
36. Competent in the use of Microsoft Project.
