Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care tailored to oncology patients.
* Work efficiently with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
* Utilise your experience with NHS oncology to manage chemotherapy prescriptions via ChemoCare.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on oncology medications, including side effects and administration.
