Job Description
Salary: £25,000 plus £3,000 travel allowance, realistic commission of £1,000 per month (uncapped)
Location: Various locations available
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, between 8:00 and 18:00 (37.5 hours)
We are seeking motivated individuals with exceptional people and communication skills to join us as Business Development Managers across the UK.
As the face of our brand, you will engage directly with business owners and decision-makers door-to-door in a defined region to sell a range of telecom solutions that enhance business efficiency. Managing your time effectively to meet sales targets and maximize customer contact is essential.
Previous experience in door-to-door or face-to-face sales in a B2C or B2B environment is desirable but not essential, as we offer comprehensive training to set you up for success.
Responsibilities:
* Selling essential Telecom products (Broadband Connectivity, VOIP, PDQ terminals, and Sims) to small, independent businesses at competitive rates.
* Conducting in-person cold calls to generate sales leads and win new business in a defined region.
* Developing and delivering effective, personalized sales pitches during interactions with potential clients.
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics (KPIs).
* Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in door-to-door or face-to-face sales in a B2C or B2B environment is desirable but not essential.
* Positive winning attitude.
* Self-motivated to overachieve sales targets.
* Resilient attitude to overcome rejections.
* Quick learner with product and process knowledge.
