Are you an experienced and commercially savvy marketing professional with a talent for storytelling and a passion for heritage? We’re looking for a results driven Campaign Marketing Manager to cover a maternity lead for approximately 12 months, and lead a small team in delivering high-impact, audience-focused campaigns that drive ambitious footfall and income targets, whilst enhancing audience engagement and brand reputation. About the Role In this role, you’ll take the lead on marketing Bath and North East Somerset Council’s iconic visitor attractions, including the world-renowned, award-winning The Roman Baths, which welcomes over one million visitors annually, as well as the Victoria Art Gallery, Fashion Museum Bath and other sites within its heritage portfolio. About You We’re looking for someone with: A minimum of five years senior-level campaign marketing experience, using a wide range of strategic and tactical marketing skills, developing high impact marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix. A proven ability to lead and inspire teams in fast paced, commercial environments with the ability to plan and implement high quality projects, with multiple streams, adapting to changing circumstances A strong strategic mindset and a track record of delivering results—from increasing footfall and revenue to enhancing brand visibility and deepening audience engagement A data driven mindset with experience of reporting, including analysing visitor data and using findings to influence change and campaign improvements.
